Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the UK only. If you enter an address outside the UK at checkout, we’ll get in touch and refund your order in full.

What it costs

Delivery is £4.99 per order. It’s free when the tins in your order add up to £50 or more. You’ll always see the delivery charge before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays. Around Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries can take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if yours is delayed.

We send orders with Evri or Royal Mail. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please get in touch.

Your colours

Tin colours are picked at random, so we can’t take colour requests or swap colours. If you’d rather not keep a tin, you can return it unopened (see below).

Returns

Changed your mind?

You can return tins within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid for them, as long as they’re unopened, unused and still sealed. For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back tins that have been opened unless they’re faulty.

A Gee Trio is sold as a set of three, so to return a trio, please send back all three tins.

How to return

  1. Email us at contact email within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your name, your order number (it’s on your Square receipt) and what you’re sending back. You can use the cancellation form below, but you don’t have to.
  2. Post the tins to the address below within 14 days of telling us. Mark the parcel “Glow Undercover UK returns” and put your order number inside.

  3. We recommend a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.

Return postage

You pay for return postage, unless the tins are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Your refund

We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the tins back, or of you showing us proof you’ve sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.

If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we’ll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

Damaged, faulty or wrong?

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and cover any return postage.

After 30 days you still have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a tin turns out to be faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement, or if that isn’t possible, a refund or price reduction.

Nothing on this page affects your legal rights.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns policy gives you longer than this.

The legal right to cancel doesn’t cover sealed goods that aren’t suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they’ve been unsealed after delivery. That’s why we can only take back unopened, sealed tins.
