These terms apply when you buy Gee Magic Hair Wax from this website. Please read them before you order. If anything’s unclear, get in touch.
1. Who we are
Gee Magic Hair Wax is sold on this website by Glow Undercover UK (“we” or “us”). Glow Undercover UK is a trading name of Med Media Collective UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company number: 16967603
- Registered office: C/O Integral Associates Limited, The Barn, Rear of 3-5 Church Street, Ampthill, Bedfordshire, MK45 2PJ
- Business and returns address: Northgate House, One Business Supplies Ltd, 100/102 Northgate, Huddersfield, HD1 6AR

2. Our products
Gee Magic Hair Wax comes in 130g tins. The wax itself is clear, and the colour is on the tin.
Tin colours are picked at random from our six colours: cobalt blue, purple, green, black, pink and yellow. We can’t take colour requests or guarantee a particular colour or combination.
Product images are for illustration. Before use, read the ingredients and instructions on the tin, and stop using the wax if it causes irritation.
We sell to consumers for their personal use, and only deliver within the UK.
3. Prices and offers
Prices are in pounds sterling. Our current prices are:
- The Gee Trio: 3 tins for £10
- Single tin: £8
- UK delivery: £4.99 per order, or free on orders of £50 or more
Our Black Friday × Christmas offer is available for a limited time only, and while stocks last. When it ends, we’ll stop taking orders at these prices. Ending or changing an offer won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
If we’ve made an obvious mistake with a price, we’ll contact you before dispatching your order. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Placing an order
Choose how many trios and single tins you’d like, then check out. Checkout is run by Square, our payment provider. You’ll see the full cost, including delivery, before you pay.
Once your payment goes through, Square emails you a receipt, which confirms your order and our contract with you.
If we can’t fulfil your order, for example because we’ve run out of stock, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
5. Payment
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Square processes your payment securely, and we never see your full card details.
Your receipt and bank statement will show the payment as Med Media Collective, the company behind Glow Undercover UK.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, usually within 1–3 working days. The tins are your responsibility from the time they’re delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.
If something outside our control delays your order, such as severe weather or courier disruption, we’ll let you know. If the delay is likely to be significant, you can cancel and we’ll refund you for anything you haven’t received.
7. Returns and your right to cancel
You can return unopened, sealed tins within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. That’s longer than your 14-day legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For hygiene reasons, opened tins can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
Our delivery and returns page explains how to return, who pays return postage and when you’ll be refunded. It also includes a cancellation form.
8. If something’s wrong
By law, the tins we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll put it right. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are summarised on our delivery and returns page. For more detail, visit Citizens Advice.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when you placed your order.
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breaching your legal rights in relation to the products.
We only supply products for domestic and private use, so we’re not responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
10. Your personal information
We only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
11. Other important terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
- If a court decides that part of these terms is unlawful, the rest will still apply.
- This contract is between you and us. Nobody else has any right to enforce it.
12. Complaints and the law
If you have a problem, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
